Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, or weather conditions.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered at checkout. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


Unfulfilled or Delayed Orders

In rare cases where an order cannot be fulfilled due to payment issues, supplier availability, or other unexpected circumstances, we reserve the right to delay or cancel the order. Customers will be notified and refunded if applicable.
